We continue the introduction of our Visioneers with our Application Visioneer, Randy Carter. WebAssign’s Visioneer Team is comprised of experts in the field of chemistry, physics, math, and user experience and design who will work to direct the focus of our product so our customers get the best experience possible.
Randy is responsible for application product strategy and user research to ensure WebAssign is creating the greatest user experience. Prior to joining WebAssign, Carter was Director of User Experience at Lulu Press where he provided strategic direction and UX team management for a rapidly growing web content company. Lulu.com supports a community of book, audio, video, and software creators with distribution through Amazon and other channels, and just-in-time publishing of their works.

In his spare time, Randy enjoys designing and building vacuum-tube amplifiers, turntables, and horn speakers as well as building furniture and home renovation. Additionally, he loves traveling, reading, drinking coffee, and watching bad movies. His projects have won multiple national design awards and Randy has been interviewed in BusinessWeek and other publications. His long list of accomplishments speak for themselves.
